Former adult-film star Stormy Daniels has filed a lawsuit against President Trump over the nondisclosure agreement she signed to remain quiet on her alleged 2006 affair with him. The lawsuit says Trump never signed the agreement and claims the document is invalid. The firm’s David Coale provides perspective on the lawsuit to the national Business Insider news site, saying Daniels’ could release photos and text, if she wins her case to have the nondisclosure agreement declared null and void. He adds the lawsuit has some merit, “I don’t think they can just come in and laugh at it and say this ought to go to private arbitration — the court’s going to have to do something,” he said. “She has a serious argument that this is not a valid contract.”
